Where do the workshops take place?

All workshops take place online, on Zoom.

Will the zoom workshops be recorded, and can I get a copy of the recording?

No, our workshops on zoom are not recorded for Privacy reasons and therefore, we’re not able to share recordings.

How does your refund and cancellation policy work?

Our workshops are non-refundable. However, if for whatever reason you are unable to attend and would like to switch dates to another workshop then please email workshops@proudhaddock.com and we will organise this for you at no additional cost so you can attend the next workshop of the same value free of charge.

Who can I talk to if I have any questions or problems?
